The Keekorok Room
The bamboo and wicker furniture and bamboo ceiling give a first impression of bing in Africa, not Michigan! The safari-print quilt and batik-inspired colors kindle memories we collected on a trip to Kenya in 1991. To enhance the feeling of being on safari, we have included momentos and photgraphs from our trip. It has a queen size bed, and the safari theme continues in the full bathroom.
